We are looking for a Hook-Up Delivery Manager to join our project organisation in Esbjerg. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the hook-up construction scope of work (SoW) and ensuring seamless integration of technical functions within the Development Project. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality execution, working closely with internal teams and external contractors to deliver a complex offshore project.
Your responsibilities
As our new Hook-Up Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of the hook-up construction phase and contribute to the successful delivery of the Development Project. You will lead execution activities and ensure alignment across technical disciplines, stakeholders, and project requirements.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Mature, prepare, and execute the hook-up scope of work based on project designs
- Ensure timely delivery of technical work and personnel on board (POB) in alignment with project schedule, Master Document Register, and Project Assurance Plan
- Lead and coordinate the hook-up construction team and all technical disciplines on a day-to-day basis
- Manage daily technical activities and support safe and efficient project execution
- Estimate and report extra work, punch items, carry-over work, and management of change to the Project Management Team
- Maintain and update execution plans and KPIs, including tracking of productive and non-productive hours
- Establish and maintain a competent project organisation
- Prepare and manage the project budget and schedule
- Manage interfaces with execute contractors and ensure effective collaboration
- Issue monthly project reports to external stakeholders
- Capture and implement lessons learned throughout all project phases
- Prepare onboarding programmes in collaboration with SHE
About you
You are a structured and results-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities and a focus on safe and high-quality delivery. You thrive in a complex project environment and are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining oversight of technical execution.
You bring:
- An engineering degree
- A solid understanding of project management fundamentals
- Extensive experience in project execution (both greenfield and brownfield)
- A strong focus on safety
- The ability to maintain an overview of multiple complex tasks
- Good knowledge of budgeting processes
