Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

At Bixter.dk ApS, we are building a scalable platform connecting companies in agriculture, food production, logistics, and hospitality with global talent.

We are now looking for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to take full ownership of our commercial growth and build a high-performing international sales engine.

Your Mission

As CSO, you will:

  • Define and execute Bixter’s international sales strategy
  • Drive market expansion (starting with Northern Europe)
  • Build and scale sales processes, teams, and partnerships
  • Combine hands-on sales execution with strategic leadership

This is not a “corporate” CSO role.
You will be in the field, on the phone, and in key deals.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales & Growth

  • Lead key accounts and strategic deals
  • Enter new markets (e.g. Sweden, Germany)
  • Build a strong, predictable sales pipeline

Partnerships

  • Develop partnerships with:
    • Industry organizations
    • Advisors (agriculture, food)
    • Recruitment partners
  • Create scalable channel & referral models

Sales Operations

  • Build structured sales funnels and playbooks
  • Implement CRM systems and KPIs
  • Improve conversion rates and sales efficiency

Digital Sales Integration

  • Leverage LinkedIn, automation, and inbound strategies
  • Work closely with marketing on lead generation
  • Combine relationship sales with scalable systems

Team Leadership

  • Recruit and lead international sales teams
  • Develop performance culture and training frameworks

Who You Are

You are a commercial builder, not just a manager.

Experience

  • 7–15+ years in B2B sales (preferably in traditional industries)
  • Proven track record in:
    • Complex, relationship-driven sales
    • Scaling sales functions or entering new markets

Your Strengths

Manual Sales Excellence

  • Strong in:
    • Cold outreach
    • Phone sales
    • Building trust with skeptical customers
  • Comfortable in slow, relationship-based markets

Digital Sales Understanding

  • Experience with:
    • CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
    • LinkedIn (incl. Sales Navigator)
    • Funnel optimization and data-driven sales

You know how to combine high-touch sales + scalable systems

International Mindset

  • Experience working across borders
  • Strong understanding of cultural differences in sales

Personal Traits

  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on
  • High resilience and persistence
  • Structured, but pragmatic
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder

Languages

  • 🇩🇰 Danish – preferred
  • 🇩🇪 German – highly valued
  • 🇬🇧 English – required
