Customer Service Specialist

The Role

ROTATE Birger Christensen is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the Operations team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role reports directly to the Head of Operations, and you will work hands-on with customer interactions, order handling, and service processes to ensure high-quality support and satisfaction.

By supporting customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and identifying recurring issues, you help improve service quality, streamline processes, and strengthen customer loyalty across the organization.

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries across channels, ensuring timely and professional support
  • Handle orders, returns, exchanges, reorders, SWOPs, and claims
  • Maintain accurate customer and order data in internal systems
  • Coordinate with 3PL and logistics partners on shipments, returns, and deliveries
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers on operational matters
  • Manage sample movements and coordinate sample loans, including tracking and returns
  • Process staff orders and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agents, and partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify and resolve issues while supporting continuous improvement of service processes
  • Assist with ad hoc operational and administrative tasks

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education within Business, Communication, Service Management, or a related field
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
  • Experience working with customer service platforms and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of Business Central and JOOR is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
  • A service-minded and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and positive team player with a customer-first mindset
