Client Executive

We are expanding our Travel Risk Management services and are looking for a strategic and sales-driven Client Executive to accelerate our growth in the Nordics. In this crucial role, you will be part of our journey to help businesses embrace their Duty of Care obligations by identifying, sourcing, and building long-term relationships with B2B customers.
The role
Your primary objective will be to build a new B2B customer portfolio in your designated market (Denmark or Sweden). You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from generating new leads and developing them into lasting partnerships. As the key liaison between the customer and our internal teams, you will ensure optimal service and satisfaction while achieving the key targets in our sales strategy.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing a customer portfolio from lead identification to closing.
- Preparing and executing strategic sales meetings and follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with our strategic partners, including insurance brokers and underwriters.
- Contributing to the strategic development and commercial objectives of Falck Global Assistance.
- Managing commercial initiatives and leading project-based sales, including large RFPs and proposal writing.
Approximately 30-35 travel days per year should be expected.
Candidate criteria
We are seeking an ambitious, target-driven candidate with a proven track record in B2B solution sales. The ideal candidate sets high standards and applies an independent, disciplined approach to growing our Travel Risk Management business.
The ideal candidate has:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Account Manager within B2B sales.
- A strategic sales mindset, with a proven ability to turn prospects into loyal, long-term customers.
- Experience from the travel assistance, security, or insurance industry, with a good operational understanding, is a significant advantage.
- Strong negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM systems.
- A relevant degree (e.g., BSc in Economics and Business Administration, BSc in International Business, or a graduate diploma in Business Administration).
- Fluency in Danish or Swedish and English (both written and oral).

We offer a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work remotely. However, as this position is central to the team's growth, becoming an integral part of our in-person collaboration is essential. You should therefore be prepared to work from the office 3 days per week and for important meetings, team events, and other required gatherings.
