Renegade UxS udvikler og leverer avancerede ubemandede luftsystemer (Unmanned Aerial Systems, UAS) til særlige indsatser verden over. Vores systemer spænder fra high-performance fixed-wing-droner til agile multirotor-platforme.

Vi søger en teknisk stærk produktionsleder til vores droneproduktion i Danmark med ansvar for at drive og strukturere hardwareproduktion, integration, test og softwareinstallation. Du har dokumenteret erfaring med at lede produktion af avancerede hardwareprodukter, arbejder disciplineret med kvalitet, sporbarhed og processtyring og trives i spændingsfeltet mellem engineering og drift. Du kommunikerer sikkert på engelsk og kan omsætte tekniske løsninger til stabil, ensartet og skalerbar produktion.

Du får en central rolle i organisationen og i arbejdet med at sikre en stabil, effektiv og skalerbar produktion med høj kvalitet, stærk leveringssikkerhed og et sikkert arbejdsmiljø.

Stillingen kræver, at du i arbejde tæt samarbejde med virksomhedens driftsdirektør, kan omsætte tekniske løsninger til praktisk og velfungerende produktion. Du skal kunne skabe struktur i hverdagen, lede produktionsarbejdet, understøtte løbende forbedringer og sikre, at vores produkter produceres, integreres, testes og klargøres i henhold til virksomhedens kvalitetskrav.

Mødestedet er i Holte eller Aabybro. Der må forventes rejseaktivitet, til tider med kort varsel, samt ophold uden for Europa.

Dine ansvarsområder

Du vil blandt andet få ansvar for at:

• Drive og udvikle den daglige produktion i tæt samarbejde med Virksomhedens Driftsdirektør
• Sikre struktur, fremdrift og kvalitet i produktionen
• Lede og motivere produktionsmedarbejdere og skabe tydelig retning i det daglige arbejde
• Understøtte opbygning og modning af produktionsprocesser, arbejdsinstruktioner og standarder
• Sikre høj kvalitet i montage, integration, test og klargøring af systemer
• Identificere fejl, mangler og flaskehalse samt sikre, at de bliver håndteret systematisk
• Bidrage til procesforbedringer, effektivisering og øget leveringssikkerhed
• Understøtte arbejdet med softwareinstallation, konfiguration og teknisk klargøring af produkter
• Følge op på materialeflow, kapacitet, effektivitet og produktionsbehov
• Medvirke til at sikre et sikkert og professionelt arbejdsmiljø

Krav til dig

• Ingeniøruddannelse eller tilsvarende høj teknisk forståelse
• Erfaring med ledelse af hardwareproduktion
• Erfaring med montage, integration og test
• Forståelse for softwareinstallation, firmware og konfiguration på produkter
• Erfaring med kvalitetssystemer, dokumentation og sporbarhed
• Gode engelskkundskaber, både skriftligt og mundtligt (engelsk som arbejdssprog)
• Hands-on, struktureret og driftsstærk
• Det er et krav, at du kan opnå sikkerhedsgodkendelse hos Forsvaret.

About the position

Renegade UxS provides advanced Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) for specialized operations worldwide. Our systems range from high-performance fixed wing drones to agile multirotor platforms.

We are looking for a technically strong Head of DK Manufacturing for our drone production in Denmark, responsible for driving and structuring hardware production, integration, testing and software installation. You have proven experience leading the production of advanced hardware products, work in a disciplined manner with quality, traceability, and process control, and thrive at the intersection between engineering and operations. You communicate confidently in English and can translate technical solutions into stable, consistent, and scalable production.

You will be a central pat of the organization and in ensuring a stable, efficient, and scalable production with high quality, reliable delivery performance, and a safe working environment.

The position requires that you work closely with the company’s operations director to translate technical solutions into practical and well-functioning production. You must be able to create structure in day-to-day operations, lead production activities, support continuous improvements, and ensure that our products are manufactured, integrated, tested, and prepared in accordance with the company’s quality requirements.

The workplace is in Holte or Aabybro. Travel days may occur at short notice, including extended stays outside of Europe.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Operate and develop daily production in close collaboration with the company’s operations director
• Maintain structure, progress, and quality in the production
• Lead and motivate production staff and create clear direction in daily operations
• Support the development and maturation of production processes, work instructions and standards
• Ensure high quality in assembly, integration, testing, and preparation of systems
• Identify errors, deficiencies and bottlenecks, ensure they are handled systematically
• Contribute to process improvements, efficiency improvements and increased delivery reliability
• Support work related to software installation, configuration and technical preparation of products
• Follow up on material flow, capacity, efficiency and production requirements
• Take part in a safe and professional working environment

Your Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent high technical understanding
• Experience in managing hardware production
• Experience with assembly, integration and testing
• Understanding of software installation, firmware and product configuration
• Experience with quality systems, documentation, and traceability
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken (English as the working language)
• Hands-on, structured and operationally strong
• It is a requirement that you are able to obtain security clearance through the Danish Armed Forces.
