
Supply Chain Manager

At Biogasclean A/S we’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager who wants to take ownership, create structure, and enable our growth journey with impact.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing our supply chain setup across procurement, logistics, warehouse management, customs, documentation, and supplier performance. You will negotiate strategic agreements, build strong partnerships with key suppliers, and develop processes that support our global deliveries.
This is a role for someone who enjoys structure, negotiations, and operational excellence — but also wants room to influence and improve how we work as we grow.
You should also be comfortable operating in a “build-as-you-go” environment: there won’t be a complete set of established rules and processes from day one, so you will help educate stakeholders along the way and create practical processes, governance, and ways of working as we grow.
Your Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement & Supplier Management
- Lead the procurement strategy and secure competitive cost levels
- Negotiate agreements, terms of cooperation, and NDAs with key suppliers
- Develop and maintain a strong, reliable supplier base
- Build supplier performance management processes (prices, quality, delivery compliance)
Global Logistics & Operations
- Ensure optimal execution of all global logistics - inbound, outbound, and project deliveries
- Together with an assistant:
- Oversee warehouse operations, stock levels, and goods flows
- Coordinate freight, customs documentation, and compliance
- Manage transport planning and communication with carriers
Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Develop and implement supply chain processes, tools, and documentation
- Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and sales to align priorities
- Ensure smooth handovers, transparency, and structured workflows
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
About You
We believe you will thrive in the role if you:
- Solid experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or similar operational roles
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in building supplier partnerships
- A structured approach, you like clarity, processes, and well‑designed workflows
- Experience with global logistics, customs, or technical B2B deliveries is a plus
- Ability to thrive in an international environment with multiple stakeholders
