Global Marketing Lead

Job Description

The Global Marketing Lead will serve as a key leader within a centralized marketing function. This role combines direct leadership of the Marketing Team with project-based responsibility for regional colleagues in a matrix organization.

The Global Marketing Lead will act both as an individual contributor and as a cross-functional leader, driving the expansion of global marketing coverage with a strong focus on lead generation and maximizing marketing ROI.

The Global Marketing Lead is expected to provide full support and guidance to all team members, ensuring they can execute independently based on the strategic direction set by Management

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordinating, and execution of all marketing communications, activities, and campaigns.
  • Manage external agencies supporting branding/messaging, marketing content, and sales enablement tools creation with clear, precise, and timed briefs for work required from concept to distribution.
  • Work with digital marketing to identify trends and insights to optimize overall marketing performance based on analytics.
  • Act as matrix lead for marketing events and activities caried out by regional sales support staff in Europe, North America, and Asia.
  • Engage with sales teams and customers to understand key customer segments and their unique customer journeys. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
  • Oversee and manage SoMe channels and communications.
  • Marketing project management and work to strict timeframes and deadlines.
  • Manage overall marketing budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Business Administration.
  • 7+ years in a marketing/PR role, with proven experience in campaign execution. Event planning experience a plus.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills for crafting brand messaging, press releases and creative content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, including structuring parallel workstreams effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, content management systems (CMS), and data analytics tools like Google Analytics or SEO tools.
