  • Lead the drug substance development program for ignaseclant from preparation for phase 3 until commercialization.
  • Function as drug substance lead on other small molecule drug projects, starting from candidate selection and vendor selection.

  • Establish and maintain strong collaboration with our CDMOs.
  • Manage, coordinate and assess outsourced activities to ensure high quality and timely execution.
  • Prepare and review regulatory documentation (IND, CTA, NDA, IB etc.) as well as to respond to questions from authorities.
  • Participate in various cross-functional collaborations.

Qualifications

To thrive and succeed in this position we expect you to have:

  • Strong track record as drug substance lead within small molecules in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ICH and other relevant guidelines.
  • Excellent people skills to facilitate interactions.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity - think critically, and make sound, risk-based scientific and business decisions when there is limited information.
  • Ability to be flexible and to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a strong collaborative member of diverse teams.
  • An open, confident attitude as well as experience in balancing big picture thinking with detailed analysis.
  • Willingness to travel to CDMOs and other NMD Pharma sites.
