Supply Chain Specialist

As a member of the Logistics team, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Monitor supply chain operations including order creation, warehousing, shipping, and delivery schedules
  • Proactively update internal and external stakeholders on order status
  • Handle customer returns, including defects, exchanges, and follow-up activities
  • Ensure correct import/export documentation and customs compliance
  • Support internal teams with customs, export control, and dangerous goods regulations
  • Act as dangerous goods and export control gatekeeper for all outbound shipments
  • Issue and maintain records on regulatory documentation, transport records, quotations, and cost approvals
  • Report shipping deviations, cost impacts, and supplier performance
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies and prioritise shipments

Due to the nature of the role, this position is primarily office-based Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • English fluency, written and spoken
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and independent approach to work
  • Service-minded and proactive mindset
  • Commercial understanding and interest in international trade
  • General knowledge of customs, export control, and dangerous goods (ADR, IMDG, IATA – training can be provided)
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience as a skilled user of ERP systems, transport booking tools, and reporting platforms
