In this role, your work will directly influence the future of training across Alimak Group’s Wind Division. It is the ideal opportunity if you want to grow, innovate, and contribute to exciting digital transformation projects within the wind industry.

You will play a central role in developing how our Training Team engages with employees, customers, and partners, whether it’s designing an AI chatbot from the ground up, driving elearning innovation, or supporting our global training landscape.

What You’ll Do

You will be the driving force behind our digital training development, with responsibilities including:

AI & Innovation

Contributing to the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of our AI chatbots
Supporting the creation of innovative digital training programmes and tools
Improving automated processes for planning, booking, certification, and related functions

Training & ELearning Development

Supporting global teams in building and enhancing elearning modules
Working with our Training Management System to ensure seamless daily operations
Assisting in developing templates and tools for customer communication, sales, and invoicing

Project & Vendor Collaboration

Coordinating with external digital training vendors and technology partners
Tracking training performance, revenue, and reporting
Supporting internal and external helpdesk functions for trainers, users, and managers
Contributing to engaging marketing materials for our training portfolio in collaboration with the Marketing team
Ensuring consistent, highquality digital learning experiences across all platforms

We expect you to bring:

Experience in project management
Strong communication skills (fluent in English)
Experience with digital training technologies
Solid technical understanding
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe)
Familiarity with Azure and data analysis/reporting (an advantage)
Confidence working in a global environment
