Your Role

We are seeking a commercially astute and service-minded Procurement Specialist to manage supplier relationships and procurement activities across our Nordic and UK operations. This is a key role within our procurement team, offering the opportunity to work across multiple markets, drive cost savings, and develop strategic supplier partnerships that support our business growth.

Working as part of a collaborative matrix organization, you'll report to the North Region Procurement Manager located in the UK and work closely with colleagues across Europe, Global Category leads, and regional leadership teams. You'll be a trusted business partner to operational teams, legal, finance, and compliance—supporting them with procurement solutions that deliver value.

This role offers genuine scope to make an impact, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our procurement function.

Location: Kosan Gas Head Office in Viby. The role requires collaboration across Nordic and UK time zones, with travel to regional offices as needed.

Your Qualifications

  • Has a strong and respectful interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Can influence with ideas, offer solutions, and challenge constructively
  • Is able to manage multiple projects across different markets simultaneously
  • Has a service-minded approach and enjoys supporting internal stakeholders
  • Has relevant experience in procurement, commercial, or category management roles
  • Is driven by achieving cost savings and continuous improvement

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a global or multi-country business environment
  • Knowledge of logistics, services, or equipment categories
