Machine Operator – Join a Fast-Growing Production Company!

If so, you may be the Machine Operator we are looking for at N.G.P. Industriplast ApS.

Your Responsibilities

As part of our Industriplast team, you will take responsibility for:

  • Operating a toggle-type injection molding machine (IMM)
  • Performing mold changeovers (installation and removal of injection molds)
  • Setting up and starting production according to process parameters
  • Monitoring machine operation and part quality during production
  • Performing basic troubleshooting of machine, mold, and process issues
  • Ensuring safe operation according to workplace and machine safety standards
  • Cooperating with maintenance and process engineering when required

Who You Are

You thrive in a busy environment and bring experience from a similar role. You enjoy working with your hands, solving tasks efficiently, and contributing to positive teamwork.

We expect that you:

  • Have professional experience as an Injection Molding Machine Operator
  • Have hands-on experience with mold changeover, alignment, and clamping, water cooling connection and maintenance
  • Have ability to set up and start injection molding processes
  • Have a basic understanding of injection molding cycle, process parameters (temperature, pressure, time), common plastic defects and their causes
  • Have ability to read technical drawings and mold documentation
  • Have mechanical aptitude and good technical understanding
  • Have experience working safely with heavy molds and lifting equipment
  • Have knowledge of occupational safety rules in manufacturing
  • Hold a forklift or stacker license
  • Are structured and service-minded
  • Communicate clearly in English

Additional Advantages:

  • Knowledge of plastic materials (thermoplastics, material behavior)
  • Experience with welding equipment (basic welding skills)
  • Experience with basic mold maintenance and adjustments
  • Background in manufacturing, tooling, or plastics processing

This is a full-time position (37 hours/week) based in Haverslev, Noerager
