Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their UltraAqua UV systems and providing them with the support they need. Your goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to existing customers to check on their satisfaction with UltraAqua UV systems.
  • Identify and address any customer concerns or issues.
  • Provide detailed information about the benefits and features of our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve any customer issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to build long-term relationships.
  • Assist customers with any inquiries or requests they may have.
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the company by ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer care or support, preferably in the water treatment or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools.
  • Knowledge of UV water treatment systems is a plus.
