Why join us?

  • Significant opportunities for both personal and professional growth within a smaller, agile organisation where you quickly gain responsibility and influence.

  • A unique investment setup that combines long-term value creation with agility and a bold investment approach.
  • Fast-paced environment with a desire and ability to move fast when the right opportunities arise.

Hands-on and business-minded team player

You are naturally business-minded and have a strong understanding of how companies operate in both startup environments and more mature organisations. You collaborate well across functions and build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels. As an individual, you are determined, take ownership of your tasks, and work in a structured and reliable manner.
