About the job
As a Merchandising Assistant, you will be given a high level of responsibility and the opportunity to take ownership of our reordering process together with an experienced team of Merchandisers. You will work closely with order handling and documentation for warehouse inbound deliveries, and ensure that goods arrive on time and are correctly registered in our systems. Along the way, you will receive solid training and build a strong foundation within the merchandising area.
You will also play a key role in keeping our prices competitive by conducting market research across our active markets in Scandinavia, the Netherlands, and the UK. In addition, you will work with margin analysis to ensure that we are not only competitive, but also profitable.

Your tasks
- Analyse and research the performance of products and brands together with the Buyer and Merchandiser
- Ensure a strong flow in the re-order set up
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with the Buying team and the other Product & Pricing assistants
- Be a point of contact to our warehouse
- Optimize product representation on website
- Market analysis of the different pricing levels in the relevant markets
- Business analysis with special focus on margins
- Critically assess how our pricing strategy, membership-gain, and margins correlate
- Create product data and set prices in the system
- Suggest improvements to business processes
- Take ownership and responsibility for your designated area
Your profile
- You have experience within Business Administration, Supply Chain, Masterdata, Ecommerce, Buying or similar – 1-5 years
- Power BI experience is highly beneficial
- You have an interest in numbers, data and consider yourself highly analytical
- You are structured and detail-oriented
- You are pro-active and a do-er
- You speak English – we are an international office with many different nationalities
- You are a team-player, helping team-mates, giving input, and speaking up when you see ways we can improve
