At RealTruck, we design and deliver accessories that are fitted to vehicles across the value chain. As OEM Account Manager, EMEA, you’ll be at the center of those partnerships managing key customers, driving growth opportunities, and learning how OEM sales really work in an international setup.
You’ll work across Europe with global automotive brands supported by a big organization with some of the strongest brands and products in the industry.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues across Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Support to make sure our OEM customers succeed, and grow with us.
Customer & Account Management
- Own day-to-day relationships with selected OEM customers, importers, and distributors
- Build strong, trust-based partnerships and become a go-to contact
- Spot new opportunities and help turn them into real business
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations and sales pitches
Sales & Growth
- Support and execute account plans for OEM customers across EMEA
- Build and manage a pipeline of growth opportunities
- Participate in RFQs and bidding processes from start to finish
- Help manage contracts, pricing, and product data
Collaboration & Performance
- Work cross-functionally to ensure the right products are delivered on time and in the right quality
- Forecast demand and track performance against plans
- Join monthly performance and optimization discussions with senior stakeholders
- Support marketing activities and participate in trade and customer events
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need to tick every box, what matters most is your drive, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Background
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, International Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a commercial role in an international environment
- Experience from manufacturing or automotive is a plus, but interest and technical curiosity matter more than industry background
Skills & mindset
- Structured, analytical, and comfortable working with data
- Confident communicator who can explain complex topics clearly
- Proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to take responsibility
- Curious about products, technology, and how things work
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
