What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Global Product Manager (GPM) to lead the development, optimization, and commercialization of our product portfolio worldwide. The role is pivotal to combine technical excellence with commercial insight, ensuring our products deliver strong value propositions and maintain competitive positioning in industrial markets.
As our GPM, you will:
- Gather customer insights and market intelligence
- Develop and execute global product strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create product roadmaps and build business cases for new developments
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to phase-out
- Drive pricing strategies and monitor product performance
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain

What we expect from you
- Engineering degree within mechanics, product development, industrial management or similar, combined with commercially oriented courses and/or interests
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proven experience in product management or similar technical-commercial disciplines within industrial markets
- Ability to make data-driven decisions – even with incomplete information
- Excellent in communication and presentation (fluent in English – understanding of Danish)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- You are curious, determined and oriented towards building strong relationships with you peers
