Key Account Manager RF/Microwave

Are you passionate about RF/Microwave technologies, strong customer partnerships, and long-term business development? And do you want to play a key role in a growing international organisation where we believe that Together we go further?
Then you might be our new Key Account Manager RF/Microwave.

In this newly created role, you will help shape our RF/Microwave business across the Nordics in close collaboration with our Field Application Engineer (FAE), ensuring customers receive the right technical expertise, fast response times, and best-in-class solutions.

You will develop and manage the RF/Microwave business in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland, and may be based in any of these countries. Our FAE is located at our Head Office in Brøndby, Denmark.

You will own your sales targets and work strategically with some of the most innovative customers in the region, focusing on strengthening existing RF/Microwave accounts while building new profitable opportunities across Milexia Nordic’s high-quality portfolio.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and grow relationships with product-making B2B customers across relevant industries (Electronics, Telecom, Industrial, Defence, Aerospace, etc.).
  • Engage with R&D teams to secure design-ins for new products in development.
  • Work with procurement teams to position Milexia’s solutions in customers’ existing product portfolios.
  • Identify new opportunities through active market observation, especially within Defence and Aerospace.
  • Involve key suppliers in customer dialogues to ensure optimal technical and commercial outcomes.
  • Drive the full sales process — from opportunity identification to negotiation and closing — with an authentic, hands-on and customer-focused approach.
  • Record and maintain project progress in our CRM system.

Who you are

  • You have solid experience within technical B2B sales, RF/Microwave components, subsystems, or related technologies.
  • You thrive in a mix of operational and tactical work and enjoy having real responsibility and freedom in your daily job.
  • You are technically curious, commercially sharp and naturally good with people.
  • You enjoy working across multiple stakeholders — R&D, procurement, suppliers, distributors and internal teams.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, see the bigger picture and are motivated by creating real customer value.
  • You have a relevant technical education or strong technical understanding from experience.
  • You communicate fluently in English.
