The position of Investor Relations Associate is a versatile, dynamic and results-driven role with direct influence on the capital raising, growth and strategy of Unibio. You will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders and potential investors across Europe, the Middle East, North America and beyond.
Your key responsibilities:
- Design, manage and update the annual schedule of investor engagements, tracking meetings, calls, and events.
- Create investor presentation decks, tailoring each to the audience or investor types.
- Reflect & synthesize strategic insights from the shareholders and investor community to help shape decisions within the executive team.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive investor database with accurate, current information.
- Prepare monthly reporting dashboards and reports on investor engagement outcomes and feedback.
- Assist in the creation of presentation materials, data summaries, and reports for board and management meetings.
- Lead communications with stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional responses to board members, shareholders, and management.
We imagine that you
- Have 2-5 years of relevant work experience in investor relations, corporate communications, finance, or related field.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the landscape and activities of family offices, sovereign wealth funds and strategic corporate investors.
- Are able to build and maintain relationships across the spectrum of stakeholders and potential investors.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are able to convey information clearly and professionally and manage the annual strategic communication cycle.
- Are highly structured and organised, able to track multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for the creation of professional presentations, reporting and data visualisation.
In addition, you are a strategic thinker, and self-starting and confident in your approach.
