We are expanding our footprint in Denmark and is as such searching for a senior developer.

Position: Senior Developer

We are seeking a talented Senior Developer with backend experience building SaaS solutions. This role will be placed at our office in Vejle, Denmark. In this role, you contribute to the technical architecture and development primarily leveraging the .NET framework and SaaS technologies. We expect you to have been part of multiple SaaS projects and while you will join our team of backend developers having full stack experience is considered a plus.

The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud Services and is passionate about designing, building, and optimizing modern, cloud-based solutions following architectural best practices and professional experience in developing and maintaining web applications based on Microsoft / .NET technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications and services.
  • Apply architectural principles to ensure the scalability and maintainability of solutions.
  • Implement maintainable code, ensuring cost efficiency, reliability, and security.
  • Work with containers, NoSQL databases, Entra ID, web apps, and logging solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing systems with a focus on performance and security.
  • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum sprints, contributing to planning, development, and review processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and other engineers.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and technical expertise.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a professional attitude in all aspects of work.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience with .NET 8+ & API services
  • Proficiency in NoSQL databases, Azure Cloud Services and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, deployment, and integration ideally from building multiple SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work effectively in a team setting.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience with any of the following technologies is considered an advantage:

  • SharePoint (including WebParts/SPFx).
  • RavenDB NoSQL Database
  • Frontend development with Angular
  • AI tooling or AI model building and related technologies.
  • Test frameworks like Cypress or similar
