Development & Application Specialist

Are you passionate about road marking innovation and technical excellence? We are looking for a Development & Application Specialist to join our Technical Service team. This is one position, but we welcome applicants from two distinct professional profiles—whether you're more development-focused or application-oriented, we want to hear from you!

Your Role

As a Development & Application Specialist, your responsibilities will be tailored to your strengths and experience. You may:

  • Participating in development projects and road trials
  • Support product certification and pretesting
  • Provide technical support to sales and customers
  • Deliver internal and external product training
  • Analyze customer-specific challenges with PM/R&D
  • Test and optimize thermoplastic road marking products
  • Handle claims and contribute to product improvement
  • Maintain and update application equipment
  • Conduct performance measurements and follow up on test decks

Who We’re Looking For

We are open to candidates with either of the following profiles:

Development-Oriented Profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineer, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
  • Strong knowledge in chemistry, rheology, and physics
  • Experience with paint materials and application techniques (advantageous)
  • Creative, hands-on, and solution-oriented

Application-Oriented Profile

  • Practical experience with road marking application
  • Background in paint, coatings, or similar materials
  • Technically skilled with a systematic and organized approach
  • Interest in process and product development

General Requirements

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Fluent in English (French or Spanish is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
