
IIoT Service Engineer - Cloud Solutions Based on Machine Data
for an international company in Skanderborg.

Your Role:
As our IIoT Service Engineer, you’ll be the technical bridge between our product and our clients’ manufacturing environment. You’ll lead the setup and integration of our IIoT platform, support customers through technical challenges, and shape the future of our product based on real-world feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation: Commissioning of our IIoT devices and cloud-based MES platform at client manufacturing sites.
- Project Management: Ensure efficient project execution in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
- Technical Support: Act as the first line of support for clients, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operation.
- Customer Collaboration: Gather feedback, conduct feature tests, and translate client needs into actionable product improvements.
- Customer Success: Responsible for ensuring that customers get maximum value from the system in collaboration with ENKOTECs production optimization consultants.
- Analysis: Create and conduct analysis of operational data for consulting purposes.
- Product Ownership: Maintain the product backlog, write clear requirement specifications, and collaborate with developers to deliver impactful features.
- Documentation & Training: Create user guides, conduct training sessions, and ensure clients are empowered to use our solutions effectively.
- Sales support: Support Sales Managers in presenting the solutions, technical features and services to current and potential customers.
- Service concept development: contribute to development in service offerings.
Who You Are:
- Experience in industrial automation, IIoT, or manufacturing tech environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Bonus:
- Experience with software development methodologies.
- Experience with PowerBI platform
- Experience with UI/UX DESIGN
- You may be a marine engineer, production technologist, production engineer, or have another relevant background at BSc-level.
- Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken – our clients are international.
