B2B Digital Brand Activation Manager, Nordic & Baltic

About the role:

As part of the Ecommerce team, the B2B Digital Brand Activation Manager plays a key role in accelerating GROHE’s digital growth with our B2B partners across the Nordic and Baltic region by identifying opportunities to expand GROHE’s digital presence and elevating the brand on partner platforms.

In this commercial and hands-on role, you will with a hands-on approach support bringing together Master data, digital activation & ecommerce from a commercial perspective.

Responsibilities:

You will be the key enabler of developing GROHE’s online business with B2B partners, improving how
we collaborate and developing solutions that create value for both sides by:

Support & develop the online business:

  • Drive the implementation of GROHE’s Digital strategy & initiatives with key partners across the Nordic & Baltic region — turning plans into results with customers
  • Identify business potential and develop tactical actions based on these

Digital Trade Marketing:

  • Strengthen GROHE’s digital presence with key partners through content excellence, product listings, CRO initiatives in close collaboration with the commercial team and customers.

Data & Insights:

  • Consolidate and analyze data to identify opportunities across markets and partners

In other words - you'll be the hands-on colleague who turns plans, data, and content into real online performance with our customers.

About you:

You are more a commercial than digital marketing professional with a passion for delivering results. Collaborate across the organization and with external partners comes natural to you and you understand and take pride in delivering a good customer service in dynamic and complex environment and you:

  • have a solid experience and understanding of digital activation with Ecommerce partners and how to develop sales in an online eco-system
  • are self driven and comfortable with a high level of taking responsibility for your assignments
  • bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • will collaborate across the organization and with external partners to bring ideas to life so you need to have strong skills within communication and stakeholder management
  • work structured and systematically to ensure delivery on time
  • have a hands-on approach and a drive that enables you to get things done
  • are fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages.
  • can travel domestic and international (Europe) approx. 20 days annually for customers meetings
