Trainee - Client Services in the Global Mobility Industry

You will join the team in Rødovre consisting of experienced colleagues with in-depth knowledge of the international global mobility industry. They have been working together for a long time and have extensive experience in the mobility industry, which they are ready to share with you. Furthermore, they look forward to sparring with you and adding you to the team to grow the business together.

We will teach you the following responsibilities:

  • Managing the logistics aspects of moving household goods internationally, export, import, domestic and cross-country moving
  • Close contact with all freight forwarders, production and moving crews, assignees, corporate accounts and our pricing team
  • Ensuring all internal teams and partners are provided with a consistently high level of service throughout the move and coordinating the relevant processes in order to achieve a seamless service on behalf of the client
  • Booking of freight
  • Organizing customs clearance
  • Tracking shipments and all relevant relocation documentation, to ensure that other internal departments and partners receive these on time
  • Responding to client queries and handle according to the industry standard procedures
  • Updating data with high transparences into our system on each move

Great drive and ambition will get you a long way, but in addition to that, your qualifications are:

  • You have completed HHX or HTX/STX/HF
  • You are an extrovert person with good organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
  • You are open to learn about our industry
  • You speak and write Danish & English fluently
  • You have good IT skills (Office package and/or CMR systems)

As a person, you are ambitious and ready to learn. You are a self-starter and have the drive to create your own success using our tools. You possess excellent communication skills, you are outgoing, and you can challenge us to contribute to our processes. We are a flat-level organization, so we are ready to listen if you have a great idea.
