About the Position
As an AI Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving AI adoption and automation across our organization. Your target will be to save 5 hours per week for each job function/person. Our aim is to make Weply an AI-first organization in the way we work.
You will be responsible for identifying and implementing smarter, AI-powered ways to work. This includes enhancing the use of LLMs, streamlining and automating processes, and embedding AI agents in workflows. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll translate business needs into automation opportunities.
You will go deep in understanding how and why different functions work as they do, and you can spot where AI and LLMs can make a difference, and where it can not. A great part of succeeding in this position will be your ability to implement tools and optimized processes, and you’ll therefore also be responsible for AI and process training across the organization.
As part of this role you’ll also assist leadership in driving operational execution across departments, coordinate, structure and follow-up on our operational cadence and frameworks.
You’ll be part of our Revenue Operations Team who’ll provide you with quantitative analyses identifying trends, patterns, and business opportunities. You will be involved in the data processing where needed, with a focus on ensuring that we have the necessary information available to make informed decisions.
We are looking for someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and is self-driven. Additionally, we would like you to have:
- A strong interest and curiosity for AI tools
- A strong sense of ownership and ability to follow through on tasks from idea to implementation – you will get a lot of responsibility and projects that only succeed because of you
- A structured, proactive approach to problem-solving - and an eye for detail when testing, validating, and improving systems
- The ability to turn complex data into clear and understandable recommendations and action points
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
We will be looking for the following experience and skill set:
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of business operations, workflow mapping and operational execution.
- Expertise in AI/LLM tools and automation platforms (LLM APIs, n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.).
- Technical skills including low-code, scripting, APIs, basic python, SQL and JS.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative way.
- Fluency in English (oral and written). Bonus if you are fluent in a Scandinavian language

The Practical Details
The position is full-time, typically within working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays at our office located on Vesterbrogade in Copenhagen.
