We are the innovator of Class D and as our growth continues, we are expanding our market presence and looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing in a role which blends both the strategy and content.

Our headquarter is located in Søborg, just outside Copenhagen, Denmark, but we have a global footprint with team members in both the US, Japan, Thailand, Sweden, Finland, Italy and Spain. In total we count more than 15 nationalities.

Role Overview

If so, you might be a good fit as our new Marketing Manager.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that increases ICEpower’s brand visibility, drives qualified sales leads, and supports business growth. This role owns all outbound marketing channels, brand positioning, content creation and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement B2B outbound marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Own brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Plan and manage marketing calendar, budgets and KPIs.
- Create demand generation programs to drive qualified leads for the sales team.
- Optimize email marketing, paid campaigns, landing pages, and lead funnels.
- Manage our Hubspot CRM and track and analyze campaign performance, reporting on ROI and conversion metrics.
- Work closely with sales to align marketing efforts with pipeline needs.
- Partner with product team on product launches and market insights.
- Build brand and thought leadership by creating compelling content including blog posts, product guides, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and presentations.
- Collaborate with engineering/product teams to translate technical features into customer value stories and develop messaging tailored to buyer personas.
- Manage website, webshop, newsletters and social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and ensure consistent brand messaging/tone
- Increase audience engagement and brand awareness through consistent posting and campaigns.
- Global travelling to exhibitions and shows is expected
Qualifications
- Relevant educational background within marketing and/or communications
- 5+ years of international B2B marketing experience (hardware, audio, electronics, OEM/ODM manufacturing or related industry preferred).
- Proven success in lead generation and outbound campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of content marketing and social media management.
- Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (We use HubSpot).
- Experience in managing a website (we use WordPress and WooCommerce today).
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English. Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear customer-focused messaging.
- Self-starter with ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.
