Be part of the green energy revolution!
Would you like to help develop the next generation of electrolyzers for green fuel production? Are you a newly graduated – or experienced – automation engineer eager to apply your skills to real-world energy challenges? If so, we can’t wait to meet you!
We’re looking for a motivated Automation Engineer to join our growing engineering team and contribute to scaling up our prototype electrolyzers and expanding the Power-to-X industry.
Meet DynElectro
DynElectro is a Danish scale-up of around 25 passionate people, manufacturing Dynamic Electrolysis Units (DEUs) that produce green hydrogen, balance the electricity grid, and extend system lifetime.
We’re proud of our achievements and our diverse, inclusive team culture. We work in a flat organization where your ideas matter, and where personal development and well-being are priorities.
What you’ll do
As our new Automation Engineer, you’ll help design and develop the electrical control systems that make our electrolyzers run efficiently and safely. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues who’ll support your growth – both technically and professionally.
Your tasks may include:
- Designing and programming PLC and PAC systems (in structured text)
- Performing field commissioning work (some travel required)
- Assisting in the design of electrical control systems, from hardware selection to implementation
- Configuring interfaces, data logging, and safety controllers
- Supporting and improving laboratory and test setups
- Collaborating with colleagues across multiple engineering disciplines
Don’t worry if you don’t have experience with everything — we’ll tailor the role to your background and help you learn on the job.
Who you are
You have recently graduated (or are about to) with a degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field – or you bring relevant experience from similar roles.
You’re curious, hands-on, and eager to apply your knowledge in an innovative and fast-growing company.
We value:
- A structured and proactive mindset
- Interest in automation, process control systems, and software programming
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Team spirit and openness to collaboration
Experience with tools such as TwinCAT 3, Codesys, PCschematic, Python, or Matlab is an advantage – but not a requirement.
Why join us?
At DynElectro, you’ll:
- Work with cutting-edge green hydrogen technology
- Be part of a close-knit, supportive team
- Get hands-on experience with full-scale industrial systems
- Learn from experienced engineers in an environment that encourages curiosity and growth
