Student position - marketing & administration coordinator

Are you a student with a passion for marketing, administration, and tech? Acer Nordics is looking for a structured and proactive student assistant to join our Nordic marketing team for approximately 15–20 hours per week. You’ll be based in our Hellerup office and collaborate closely with Nordic Key Account Managers, partners, and our EMEA marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update our local content database (product images, videos, etc. for retailers)
  • Localize global content and distribute it to Nordic e-tailers
  • Manage and update our image database
  • Maintain Nordic websites using our CRM tool
  • Monitoring Nordic e-tailer websites ensuring Acer content (description, images and videos) are up-to-date
  • Provide ad hoc support for marketing and sales activities

Your Profile:

  • Structured, efficient, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working with system databases and Excel
  • Detail-oriented and thorough
  • Bonus if you’re tech-savvy or have an interest in computing
  • Thrive in a dynamic and international business environment
  • Fluent in both Danish and English – written and spoken
