Who We Are

Telecom Infrastructure Partners (TIP) is a global investment firm specialising in telecom infrastructure. We invest in mobile sites such as masts and rooftop antennas by acquiring the lease rights from property owners in exchange for an upfront capital payment.

Our clients include landowners, businesses, and institutions that host telecom equipment. By purchasing their future lease income, we help them unlock immediate value, reduce long-term risk, and gain clarity over their assets, while ensuring the site continues to support essential network infrastructure. We don’t build or operate mobile networks; we focus on the investment side. Through transparent transactions and professional management, we turn complex telecom leases into stable, long-term investments.

TIP operates in 14 countries and is backed by leading institutional investors, DigitalBridge and Swiss Life Asset Managers, with over $1.5 billion committed to infrastructure.

Our Culture and Values

We’re a company in motion. Things move quickly, and not everything is fully refined yet. But that’s where the opportunity lies: making a meaningful impact, taking ownership, and helping shape what TIP becomes next.

We’re focused on building a culture that supports both pace and progress. That means putting the right foundations in place, being clear on our values, and creating an environment where people can do their best work, with trust, autonomy, and balance.

Our Values:

  • We Put People First. We treat others with respect and invest in their growth.
  • We Pursue Excellence. We aim high and take pride in doing things well.
  • We Act with Authenticity. We speak openly and build genuine relationships.
  • We Act with Integrity. We do what we say and earn trust through consistency.
  • We Embrace Change. We see challenges as opportunities to learn and improve.

Working at TIP means more than just a job. It’s a chance to be part of a growing international business, with room to develop, support to succeed, and the opportunity to make a lasting contribution.

How You Will Contribute

As Accountant for TIP Denmark, you will take ownership of all day-to-day finance operations for our Danish subsidiary. This is a stand alone role in Denmark, meaning you will be responsible for local accounting, compliance, and reporting. At the same time, you will be part of TIP’s wider global finance team, with access to support, shared standards, and established processes.

You will:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Complete monthly reconciliations and prepare management accounts for review with the Country Leader and submission to Group Finance.
  • Manage transactional processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, VAT returns, payroll, and employee expenses.
  • Issue rental invoices on time and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Support cash flow management and prepare forecasts for the Danish entity.
  • Work with local accountants and auditors to meet all statutory and tax deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with TIP Group financial controls and policies.
  • Act as the local point of contact for finance matters, while liaising closely with colleagues in the global finance team.

About You

You are reliable, detail-oriented, and organised, with the confidence to manage accounting and finance processes independently. You enjoy the responsibility of a standalone role but also value being part of a broader international finance community.

Your background includes:

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Danish accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with transactional finance tasks (AP, AR, VAT, payroll).
  • Solid Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
  • A structured and proactive mindset, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both local and global colleagues.
  • Fluency in both Danish and English, as the role involves statutory reporting in Danish and collaboration with TIP’s global finance team in English.

Our Commitment to You

Thank you for considering TIP. We appreciate your interest and aim to respond to every applicant within two weeks.

TIP is an equal opportunities employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can succeed. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
