Procesoperatører / Plastmagerer for our Medical Device Packaging production

Are you passionate about hands-on work and committed to process excellence and product quality? Would you like to contribute to the manufacturing of critical medical device packaging for one of the world’s leading suppliers in the industry?

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our production team at PRENT Denmark, located in Holbæk. Positions are available on both day and evening shifts.

Position Overview

As a Machine Operator—also referred to as a Line Leader—you will play a pivotal role in operating and overseeing one of our thermoforming production lines. This position is essential to ensure consistent product quality and efficient production flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setup and teardown of thermoforming molds
  • Initiating and monitoring production processes, including control of process parameters, raw materials, and product quality
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Collaborating with quality inspectors and maintenance technicians
  • Maintaining accurate production documentation.

Qualifications

While formal education is not the primary requirement, we value a strong technical mindset and hands-on experience. Ideal candidates may have backgrounds as:

  • Process Operators (Procesoperatør)
  • Plastics Technicians (Plastmager)
  • Mechanics (Mekaniker)
  • Technicians (Tekniker).

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a production environment
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for communication with international colleagues
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to collaborate across teams and borders.
