
Senior Technician, CO2 Storage and Offloading

We are seeking a Senior Technician to oversee the day-to-day operations of our CO2 Storage and offloading facilities at Esbjerg Harbour. You will serve as our point of contact at the site, acting as the link between Esbjerg Harbour, truck drivers, and other parties involved.
Currently, we have 290 employees in Denmark, with offices located in Esbjerg and Virum. You will be based in Esbjerg.
About the job
You will work from 07:00 AM to 16:00 PM on a rotational basis (1/1 rotation, 7 days on / 7 days off) at the port facility. Every 5 weeks, you will be on call to handle any issues that arise outside of normal working hours.
Initially, you will be involved in the project execution phase during the construction of the port storage and offloading facilities. You will also play an important role in the final commissioning and testing of the facilities.
Once in operation, you will be responsible for ensuring that our preventive and corrective maintenance is performed in a timely manner and in accordance with our CMMS (SAP). You will plan all activities, and for jobs that require external assistance, you will oversee the work and ensure that we adhere to our procedures.
In collaboration with our CO2 Vessel Crew, you will be responsible for supervising the loading of the vessel in port and ensuring that our plant operates continuously, 24/7, 365 days a year.
An experienced Technician with Industry experience
You have proven experience in a similar role and/or production platform operation in the North Sea, along with insight into common industry standards, rules, and regulations. You hold an educational background as an Electrician or Mechanic or possess other relevant experience. Additionally, you have solid written and spoken communication skills in both English and Danish.
