
Organisational Development Specialist

About the team
You will join Group HR, which consists of 20 experienced HR professionals. More specifically, you will be part of our Group HR, Leadership & Development team, consisting of 4 dedicated HR colleagues. Reporting to the Head of Leadership & Development, you will collaborate with leaders and employees across the group’s diverse companies. In a complex international structure with independent businesses across industries, you will have the chance to grow professionally. The team plays a key role in contributing to organisational development by identifying areas for improvement and supporting initiatives that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and alignment, thereby supporting the company’s strategic goals.
Innovative developer and hands-on facilitator
We are looking for someone who thrives on creating and shaping concepts – and who is equally motivated by bringing them to life in practice. You will be both a developer and a facilitator: designing and refining programs that fit our business needs, while also taking ownership on the ground and ensuring successful implementation across our global organization. In this role, you move naturally between strategic development and operational execution, making sure that ideas don’t just stay on paper but become tangible and create real impact.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with the team to facilitate and deliver existing programs such as the Core Leadership Program and LEAP (Employee Engagement Process)
- Contributing to building new areas like Succession Planning and Talent Management - with the opportunity to take ownership and shape these initiatives going forward
- Designing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and development activities for leaders and employees at all levels
- Conducting needs analyses and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure tailored solutions that deliver measurable value to the business

We are looking for someone who is passionate about leadership and development and enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are motivated by turning ideas and strategies into concrete learning experiences and feel comfortable both contributing to concept development and facilitating engaging sessions. With a pragmatic mindset, you adjust your approach to match different maturity levels within the organization.
As a person, you are collaborative, communicate clearly, and can build trust across different parts of the business. You work analytically when needed, but always with a focus on practical solutions and results.
In addition, you bring following qualifications:
- Relevant experience within HR and development, preferably from an international organization or consultancy
- Your energy lies in transforming ideas into actionable development strategies, with a strong emphasis on leadership and organizational advancement.
- An interest in working data-driven and the ability to translate insights into development initiatives
- Experience with stakeholder collaboration and building relationships across the organization
- Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written
