Project Sales Specialist (Biotech/Biopharma) – Join our team in Odense

We’re looking for a Project Sales Specialist who combines strong sales experience with a collaborative mindset. About the role
As part of our sales team, you will become a trusted partner to biotech and pharma clients in Europe and North America. With your scientific/sales background and outgoing personality, you’ll explore client needs, identify opportunities, and guide them toward the best solutions for their projects.
You will work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth progress from the first meeting to project completion. It includes online client meetings, preparing quotations, coordinating sample shipments, sharing project details with our production teams, and following up after project delivery. You’ll also visit clients in person a few times per year, strengthening collaboration and building long-term partnerships. Daily communication in English is a natural part of the role, and you’ll collaborate across borders and disciplines with a diverse group of dedicated professionals.
What you bring
- A curious and outgoing personality with strong communication skills and fluency in English
- A team-oriented mindset – you enjoy working with others and collaborating on reaching our goals
- An organized and proactive way of working, with a positive and open attitude
- A degree in Biochemistry, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven sales experience (minimum 3 years in B2B sales, ideally within biotech, pharma, or life sciences)
- Experience with CRM systems
