
UX/UI Designer, with design skills – with a big voice in the business

Visiosign is a brand unit that is part of DNP, and works based in Karlslunde, Denmark, 30 minutes from Copenhagen, where we develop and deliver Internal Communications through Info screens and workplace experience solutions. Our platform helps companies and public organisations communicate effectively with their employees and guests – through info screens, meeting room displays, wayfinding and digital receptions. Among our customers are Novo Nordisk, Arla, Siemens and several of Nordic's largest municipalities and universities.

We are now looking for a creative UX/UI Designer who dares to take responsibility, test, and shape solutions together with our customers and our development team.
Your key responsibilities
- UI design from specifications, create clean, intuitive designs in tools like Figma (HTML/CSS skills are a plus, but not a requirement)
- Customer-facing designs, translating customer needs into inspiring end solutions (layouts, content templates, visuals)
- Creating wireframes, mockups & prototypes. Design and refine concepts for info screens, web and mobile
- Test & validate your own designs, ensure that solutions not only look great, but also work in practice within the user journey and flows
- Evaluate and improve our processes, help us make sure design, development and delivery flow smoothly
- Be a strong voice in the business, as part of a smaller but ambitious team, you will influence decisions, direction and product evolution
We imagine you
- Have a minimum of 2+ years of UX/UI and design experience
- Love working in Figma (or similar tools)
- Have an eye for design that balances function, emotion and aesthetics
- Can show us a portfolio full of intuitive and inspiring work
- Familiarity with working with CMS systems
- Skills in Photoshop/Illustrator for marketing-related assets
- Are interested in participating in customer workshops with other team members (understanding pains and shaping journeys)
- Curious about exploring AI as a design/innovation helper
- Can speak English at a good level
