We are looking for an ERP Project Manager

We are initiating a global rollout of Business Central (BC) and are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation across our international companies.

You will join the project from the very beginning, helping shape the rollout strategy, build the template, and form the project team. This is a unique opportunity to influence how we implement BC globally. Our companies are primarily located in Europe and North America, and travel will be a key part of the role.

We are hiring for both permanent positions and project-based roles with a duration of up to 2 years. For project-based roles, there may be an opportunity to transition into a permanent position upon completion of the project period, depending on the Company’s needs and mutual agreement.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Lead the rollout of Business Central to companies in accordance with the rollout plan, ensuring timely delivery and a positive implementation process.
• Follow up on the progress of project tasks and be on top of the progress.
• Coordinate key project phases such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-lives, and other relevant activities.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to align resources and tasks effectively.
• Support change management and stakeholder management
• Identify potential challenges and raise them to appropriate colleagues

Your experience and skills:

• Proven experience with global ERP rollouts, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC or similar systems.
• Strong project management skills with a structured and proactive approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and align global stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and comfortable with international travel (primarily within Europe and North America).
