The Role

We are looking for a passionate Embedded Firmware Engineer to join our R&D team and help shape the future of mobile power solutions.

You will be part of an agile development team working on both software and hardware for power converters and battery management systems. Your work will cover:

Development of new products
Ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing solutions

Your Profile

As an embedded engineer at Clayton Power, you:

In this role, you will:

Collaborate closely with a skilled R&D team
Take ownership of development tasks and lead selected new initiatives
Contribute actively to achieving our ambitious R&D targets

Key Qualifications

5+ years of experience in C programming for microcontrollers (dsPIC33, PIC32, STM32)
Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams to debug and verify functionality
Experience with control for power electronics (motor control, inverters, regulation)
Strong English skills, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with version control systems (Git/Bitbucket)
Experience with C# programming
