German Speaking & Passionate About Customer Service? We’re Hiring a German-speaking Logistics Assistant

About the job:

BCA FTL are looking for an engaged and customer service oriented colleague for our European logistics department, who will be affiliated with our German department. You will be part of our dynamic team that handles transport and logistics for our auction centers in Europe. From our office in Vejle, you will work closely with our colleagues in Germany and contribute to delivering professional service to our customers.

Tasks:

  • Handling customer inquiries and requests in German and English.
  • Contact with suppliers and coordination with German and international colleagues and customers.
  • Ensuring correct transport and customer data across work areas and the organization.
  • Booking of transport and shipments both locally and internationally.

Profile:

  • You speak and write fluent German and English.
  • Experience with customer contact and/or transport and logistics is an advantage.
  • You are structured and detail oriented.
  • You are solution-oriented and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
  • You have experience using Office365 and a solid understanding of IT systems.
