About the job

BCA FTL are looking for an engaged and structured colleague for our European logistics department, who will be affiliated with our German department. You will be part of our dynamic team that handles transport and logistics for our auction centers in Europe. From our office in Vejle, you will work closely with our colleagues in Germany and contribute to delivering professional service to our customers.

Tasks:

  • Ensuring correct transport and customer data across work areas and the organization.
  • Optimizing logistics processes and workflows in collaboration with your manager.
  • Booking of transport and shipments both locally and internationally.
  • Handling customer inquiries and requests in German and English.
  • Following up on transport orders and delivery times.
  • Contact with suppliers and coordination with German and international colleagues and customers.

Profile:

  • You speak and write fluent German and English.
  • You are structured and detail oriented.
  • You are solution-oriented and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
  • You have experience using Office365 and a solid understanding of IT systems.
  • Experience with customer contact and/or transport and logistics is an advantage.
  • You are used to working with deadlines and managing them.
  • You are accustomed to keeping a clear overview and acting where necessary.
