Job Description
We’re looking for a B2B marketing growth hacker with experience in launching and scaling SaaS products. In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies that support customer acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the founders and product team to create go-to-market plans, set measurable goals, and manage your own lead channel budget.
You should thrive on execution and be comfortable getting hands-on with everything from paid ads, forum posts and ethical guerilla marketing to landing pages. We move fast and value experimentation, so you should be ready to test, learn, and iterate quickly to meet ambitious targets. Over time, this role has the potential to evolve into a leadership position, where you’ll build and lead a global marketing team. Potential travel to key markets, including the U.S., is part of the opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive online sales
- Own and manage the marketing budget
- Execute efficiently and independently -> we value doers who can move fast
- Build and grow a global marketing team over time
- Set, track, and report on growth KPIs to ensure marketing efforts meet ambitious targets
- Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to align messaging and content
- Build landing pages, email flows, and paid campaigns across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
- Research and adapt marketing strategy for international markets – U.S. experience is a big plus
- Contribute creatively to content and brand positioning
- Identify and test unconventional ways to advertise and acquire leads and customers
- Work closely with the founders and a new sales team to shape our GTM and growth playbook
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with SaaS products
- Proven track record of driving online sales and lead generation
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance tools (e.g., GA4, Hubspot, etc.)
- Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of initiatives
- Fluent in English (Danish not required)
- Experience with marketing in the U.S. is a strong plus
- On-site availability in Ballerup, Denmark
