At Scanavo A/S, we design and produce packaging solutions that pop up on Instagram feeds from names you definitely know.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Build your own portfolio of beauty & cosmetics brands across Europe
- Learn the ropes of international sales with close mentorship + freedom to shape your own strategy
- Be part of a social, international office with Friday bars, fun events, and plenty of laughs

Help us lay the foundation for our increased success
As a world-class leader in the design, development and manufacturing of packaging for the beauty and cosmetics industries, we are a one-stop shop for all formats and materials. We prioritise creating products that are recyclable and in other ways environmentally responsible.
Even though our products pop up on Instagram posts from well-known brands, we are blushing with enthusiasm for taking our sales efforts to the next level. This is where you come in.
Take ownership of your portfolio and its growth
Apart from you, your new team will consist of Maria, our Head of Beauty and Cosmetics, and Valérie, our existing Sales Manager. When you start out, the 3 of you will distribute our markets between you, so that each of you gets the portfolio that suits your interests and competencies the best.
From there, you have only two things to do – nurture and expand. You will succeed with this by:
- Reaching out to new potential brands via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Maintaining and deepening our existing client relations through online and physical meetings, dinners etc.
- Collaborating with our team in Hong Kong regarding specific and customized solutions
- Registering incoming orders and collaboration with our logistics department

We really value spending time together and love getting together for social events — whether it’s enjoying drinks at our Friday bar or celebrating special occasions.
We have flexible working hours, but we don’t offer remote work. Minimum once a month, you pack your carry-on with product samples and meet up with clients all over Europe, sometimes just for a day, other times for a few days.
International Sales Manager who thinks outside the beauty box
You are ready to share the responsibility of our growth journey with us, and you easily share your ideas for new initiatives along the way. And of course, we hope that you are as excited about the field of beauty and cosmetics as we are.
Furthermore, we imagine that you:
- You’ve got some international sales experience (or the drive to get it fast)
- Speak and write English fluently
