Delivery Lead - for 5G/6G Satellite Communication

About the job

In this role you will ensure highquality, ontime deliveries for both standalone products and partnerintegrated solutions, while building a strong support organization to sustain operational excellence.

Your role will focus on:

Delivery

• Plan and execute delivery of customer releases in collaboration with the Project Managers.
• Coordinate with partners for joint deliveries, interface control, and shared release planning.
• Ensure documentation and operational readiness for deployments.

Quality Management

• Define and track quality goals aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain process compliance and lead quality reviews.
• Establish support readiness and SLAs for postlaunch operations.

Test Leadership

• Own the test strategy, including automation and regression coverage.
• Oversee test environments, tools, and acceptance plans for both lab and field scenarios.
• Drive continuous improvement in test processes and evidence traceability.

Build Support Organization

• Design and implement a scalable support structure for Tier3 and customer support.
• Define escalation paths, knowledge transfer processes, and tooling for efficient issue resolution.
• Align support capabilities with SLAs and customer expectations.

About you

You're probably currently excelling in a role as Support Manager, Software Development Manager, Technical Project Manager, Senior QA Engineer – and may have experience with performance and/or security testing.

Your experience could include:

• 3+ years in telecom or satcom delivery or technical project management with some QA/Test leadership experience.
• Establishing and/or driving a software support organization.
• Knowledge of 3GPP NBIoT and NR features, including NTN constraints, is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiparty deliveries and system test programs.
• Familiarity with cloud deployments and highavailability patterns is preferred.
• SAFe/Agile experience, OAM/telemetry knowledge, and exposure to NR NTN evolution.
• Team leadership.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Given our niche's international scope, occasional travel to meet customers and partners is expected.
