About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager who combines the ability to forge strong, trust-based relationships with the drive to turn them into successful contracts. You will own the process from opportunity identification through to deal closure, ensuring each engagement delivers value for both Technica and our clients.
In this role, you will expand our presence in established markets while leading our entry into new territories, with a focus on utility-scale PV, wind, and energy storage projects. Your work will directly contribute to Technica’s growth and to accelerating the transition to sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients in the renewable energy sector.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Collaborate with technical and project management teams to develop winning proposals and bids.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, asset owners, investors, and EPC contractors.
- Develop market entry strategies for new geographies and service offerings.
- Represent Technica at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Track and report on sales pipeline, KPIs, and market intelligence.
About You
- Proven track record in B2B sales within renewable energy, engineering, or construction.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure deals and negotiate effectively.
- Skilled at building relationships across C-level, technical, and procurement stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in both established and emerging markets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish or other European languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
