You will work in our Order Desk team, taking care of tasks related to, customer orders, invoicing, and our demo equipment. The Order Desk team is highly skilled and working fast paced. You will be included in most of the daily tasks and be given responsibility for several projects and tasks that requires your dedication to the job. We ensure you a steep learning curve and a lot of opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Order handling and invoicing
- Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical Support) to ensure smooth service delivery
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Booking of shipments worldwide
- Handling RMAs (repairs) and demo equipment
- Handling customs issues with our courier company
- Updating customer records in our booking system
- Ad hoc tasks
Your Qualifications
- Min. 1 year experience working within a Customer Service function.
- Previous experience with managing order flow and invoicing.
- Knowledge of booking international shipments.
- Experience working with courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or similar.
- Experience collaborating across departments such as Sales, Operations, and Technical Support.
- Ability to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery through strong coordination and communication.
- Openminded with a “can do” attitude, but not afraid of routine tasks
- The ideal profile is skilled within Microsoft AX
- Fluent in both Danish and English.
