Inside Sales Specialist
Join us at Audio Precision and GRAS Sound & Vibration – global leaders in audio and acoustic measurement as we expand our sales team in EMEA. We're looking for a technically savvy Inside Sales Specialist to help drive growth, support our customers, and collaborate with a dynamic international team.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with prospects across EMEA via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Understand customer testing needs and recommend the right solutions
- Respond confidently to technical enquiries and provide accurate quotes
- Work closely with external sales and support teams to deliver great service
- Manage leads, pipelines, and service requests in Salesforce CRM
- Build lasting relationships with engineers, researchers, and R&D professionals
- Identify new opportunities through upselling and regular follow-up
- Stay current on industry trends and collaborate with marketing and product teams
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in inside or technical sales – ideally in test & measurement, audio, acoustics, or similar
- Confident communicating with technical customers
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Tech-savvy and eager to keep learning
