Medical Marketing Assistant – Help shape global marketing across 65+ markets

In this role, you will support medical marketing efforts with a hands-on approach to material development, event coordination, and corporate communication. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in training, marketing, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of global initiatives.

Our new team in Copenhagen will provide key support functions within Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and more – to our global operations.

Help us make ideas reality – one detail at a time

As our new Medical Marketing Assistant, you will help execute our marketing strategies. You will play a key role in coordinating events and external activities, preparing marketing materials, and ensuring our communications are always clear and professional.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Training Coordinator to drive a wide variety of tasks, including:

• Supporting the design and preparation of marketing materials – from flyers and posters to invitations and handouts (both in-house and with external design agencies)
• Coordinating logistics and planning for congresses and training events, including vendor coordination, booth design, and on-site support
• Updating our website and LinkedIn page with news, activities, and event highlights, and assisting with newsletters
• Managing administrative tasks such as event supply coordination, invoice processing, and tracking marketing activities

Who are you?

You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where structure and detail matter. You bring a marketing mindset tailored to medical audiences and enjoy supporting meaningful work where no task is too small.

We imagine that you:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar field, combined with at least two years of relevant experience (student experience also counts)
• Have experience in pharmaceutical or medical device marketing
• Are familiar with tools like Canva and can create simple but effective visuals
• Are comfortable performing basic updates on websites and LinkedIn
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English – both written and spoken – and ideally are fluent in another language too
