YOUR CHALLENGES

Drivers are the engine of our organisation. Thanks to the professional guidance of our driver mentors, everything runs smoothly. You act as a connecting link between our transport operations and the drivers, and we expect the following from you in this role:

• Our drivers deserve the absolute best training and guidance, which is something YOU take care of! You do this by training our drivers so that their expertise as well as their efficient use of the vehicles is always guaranteed. This includes training in GDP, security measures, route management and driving.
• Your tasks also include fuel consumption management, vehicle repair management, washing procedures as well as distribution of equipment to new hired drivers.
• You will support the operation’s planning team with route planning and customer service. Further you will act as a substitute for the team during absences.
• You will be part of the driver team and be responsible for drive routes, in addition to your other tasks.
• Finally, you will be responsible for solving problems to ensure the continuity of the activities carried out by the drivers.

YOUR TALENTS

As a driver mentor, you not only have a sympathetic ear, but you also dare to add the finishing touches where necessary – always with respect for everyone. Because of your didactic skills, you will be able, like no other, to introduce drivers to new transport development/regulations. In addition, you know how to turn every problem into an opportunity to make things run better and more efficiently. You demonstrate a great solution-oriented approach in which you have an eye for both the person and the cost-saving aspect.

You have experience with driver training, Daily Coordination, GDP Transport and Route Management or a natural curiosity and willingness to learn.

Requirements for the role:

• Driver's license required, category B, C+E
• ADR License
• Code 95 (Chaufføruddannelsesbevis)
• Proficiency in English and Danish.
