Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to lead and transact the execution of marketing activities across all QIG brands and websites. This role is focused on promoting established brands, managing outsourced marketing resources, and driving digital performance across multiple channels.
You will play a key role in campaign delivery, content creation, website optimisation, CRM management, and performance analytics—while working closely with a network of external partners as required, including SEO agencies, designers, web specialists, and AI-based marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing strategies for all group brands (QIG, Aeria Apartments, Q Apartments, Q Global Network)
- Manage and coordinate outsourced marketing partners when required, including SEO companies, web developers, design agencies, and AI marketing platforms
- Oversee and create website content updates and ensure effective integration with booking engines and PMS platforms
- Develop and execute email campaigns, lead nurturing, and automation using HubSpot CRM
- Work with SEO and digital agencies to enhance organic and paid search performance
- Manage the creation of marketing content, specifically social media, blogs, email, and ad copy
- Monitor and report on website traffic, campaign results, and digital KPIs
- Support the sales team with marketing assets and lead generation materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and platforms
Requirements
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the serviced apartment, hospitality, or property industries
- Demonstrated practical hands on experience along with experience managing external marketing providers (SEO firms, web developers, design teams, AI tools for marketing, PR agencies etc.)
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including workflows, segmentation, email marketing, and reporting
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box an develop innovative campaigns
- Solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, and website performance tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Experience in crafting engaging posts, visuals, and videos for social media use
- Comfortable working independently and within a distributed team
Desirable
- Experience with PMS integration and booking engine functionality
- Background in both B2B and B2C marketing within multi-brand structures
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, WordPress, or Webflow
- Platform Expertise and knowing how each social platform works and evolves
