At Trescal, and the Trescal owned company Nordic Service Group, we are looking for our coming Finance Manager to operate, structure and optimize the Nordic finance organization.

Trescal Group is a global market leader in calibration services and provides a “one-stop shop” for customers on test and measurement equipment. Trescal also consist of Nordic Service Group that specializes in servicing medico equipment and supplying test equipment.
Trescal Group are more than 5.000 people in 30 countries, and in Nordics we are 130 people across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. All being independent service organizations that are aiming for growth.
As Finance Manager Nordics for Trescal and Nordic Service Group, you’ll at first:
- Organizing and optimizing the Nordic finance operation supported by 5 qualified employees and external services for payroll and VAT.
- Continue the implementation of the accounting system Business Central and drive automatization with extra modules.
- Ensure a strong integration between operational ERP systems and the accounting system.
- Monitoring and reporting all financial reporting and analysis on time.
- Manage and improving the cash management process including 13 weeks cash flow forecast.
To succeed in this job, you have:
- An accounting degree or similar, and some years of experience from a multinational firm or a recognized audit firm with international experience.
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and cost control principles.
- Excellent Microsoft 365 skills including advanced user of Excel and strong in data analysis. Having experience in using Business Central is a big plus.
- Great communication skills, proficiency in Danish and English, written and verbally.
- Analytical & critical thinking, eye for structure & prioritization, problem solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Motivation for managing, streamlining and optimizing the daily finance operation, and a passion for leading a team and supporting a business that includes remote leadership.
The position is based in Jyderup (1h west of Copenhagen) where the largest finance team in Nordics is located, and you’ll every second week be travelling to Silkeborg to support the team there in person.
You’ll report to our CFO of Northern Europe based in Paris and work closely with our 2 Operational Managers in Nordics.
