IT Supporter/IT Consultant – Student worker (15-20 hours a week)

WellPerform are looking for a proactive and service-minded parttime IT Supporter/IT Consultant to join our team and help keep our tools, systems, and users running smoothly.

Do you want to work in a leading energy consultancy company focused on solutions in the oil and gas and renewable industry. WellPerform are committed to deliver high quality and professional services for our customers worldwide while ensuring environmental responsibility.

Your primary work areas will be:

  • Microsoft 365 administration and user management
  • General IT support (headsets, screens, email, login issues, etc.)
  • Buying and configuring laptops for new and existing employees
  • Take charge in the improvement of existing software/apps by doing bug fixes or writing Tests
  • SharePoint structure and file maintenance
  • Handling various tools and applications such as Norton, Anydesk, Scannet
  • Ad-hoc troubleshooting and improvement of internal IT system

Who are we looking for

  • We imagine that you are studying IT, computer science, engineering or similar – and that you:
  • Are confident using and administering Microsoft 365 tools
  • Have a natural technical flair and enjoy finding solutions to IT-related issues
  • Are helpful, service-minded, and enjoy supporting others
  • Have the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Have worked in either R Shiny, MongoDB, Python, MySQL, Webflow
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English, fluent in Danish is a plus
