German-Speaking Customer Service Agents
You like helping people. Talking to customers. Writing with customers. Solving their diverse (sometimes very similar) problems. And you’d like to do it in one of Denmark’s fastest-growing tech scaleups, because you know that growth = fun-fun-fun.
As you may have guessed already (the title pretty much gives it away), we’re looking for our next 2 German-speaking Customer Service Agents to join our in-house support team. You’ll be joining 16 other Customer Service Agents who’re already doing an excellent job in helping our customers in several European markets, but those good folks need your help, because… busy.
What we’re looking for
Someone who enjoys and ideally has experience with Customer Service. We’d also love it if you’ve got some tech skills—not like full-on IT wizardry, but enough to quickly understand our customers’ challenges and guide them. If you’ve worked in a tech company or know your way around a CMS, that’s a huge plus. After all, we’re selling tech devices, so a little technical flair will take you far.
What you’ll be doing
- Guiding and helping our customers and potential new users via phone or email.
- Responding to public reviews or social media questions (you’ll be the voice of OOONO!).
- Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring every case is followed through.
- Troubleshooting technical challenges and driving resolutions.
- Collecting and sharing customer feedback to help us improve.
- Documenting solutions in our internal knowledge base (making life easier for everyone).
What we imagine about you
- You’ve got a few years of customer service experience.
- Your communication skills are on point—our company language is English, but this role requires fluency in German and English (bonus points for Danish as well).
- You’ve got a knack for technology. Maybe you’ve worked in a tech company or are a quick learner when it comes to techy stuff.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll report directly to our Head of Customer Success, Miles. He’s great. Like, really great.
How is it working at OOONO?
We’re glad we asked. It’s a nice working place. As in nice-nice. We have a relaxed, informal atmosphere and a flat hierarchy. Whenever you need a break from your important work stuff, you can get beat in table tennis, foosball, or just smalltalk about the weather by the coffee machine. We have monthly social events where we do anything from go-karting to going to festivals.
And when we’re not social? Then we’re pretty damn ambitious. We don’t like conservative targets or linear growth. We’re all about the extraordinary. This has led OOONO to become one of the fastest-growing tech scaleups and surprise-surprise: We have no plans of slowing down. So yes, OOONO is a lovely place to work, but it’s also a pretty good opportunity to develop as a person and take the next steps in your career.
The practical stuff
- Start date: ASAP
- Working hours: Full-time (37 hours)
